Product Description
The Silverback Olympic Swiss Bar is a multi-purpose, dual grip pressing bar. The bar has both narrow and wide-grip neutral pressing handles and angled-grip pressing handles. The neutral grip is great to relieve pressure on user’s shoulder muscles when performing heavy presses.
The Swiss Bar is a great variation to training with Olympic bars and is perfect for training chest and triceps using pressing exercises. It can also be used for hammer curls, forward shoulder raises and neutral-grip, bent-over rows.
The bar has a matt black powder-coated finish and is suitable with all Olympic-sized discs. We recommend using the Swiss Bar with our Silverback Olympic Bumper Plates, Tri-Grip Plates or traditional Cast Iron Plates.
