EACH Dumbbell adjusts from 2kg to 32kg in 4kg increments, effectively giving you 9 dumbbells in one compact unit. Increments are: 2kg / 4kg / 8kg / 12kg / 16kg / 20kg / 24kg / 28kg / 32kg.

Each Dumbbell comes with a storage tray.
